The original CD is a VCD (Video CD) designed to be placed in a DVD player.
A Program called Total Video Audio Converter has been used to convert the MPEGAV folder *.DAT to MP4 file.
Converted files are in ASF folder are individual chapters, and one MP4 with all chapters combined into one file.

Note: The very poor pixel quality of the video is NOT caused by the conversion to MP4. Playing the original VCD on a DVD player (not computer) also has the poor pixel quality.
